DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES Analyze sales trends, performance metrics, and inventory data to identify key business opportunities and risks. Develop weekly and monthly forecasts and conduct detailed trend analysis to support strategic decisions. Create reports summarizing key sales and performance metrics for leadership and cross-functional teams. Monitor sell-through and inventory levels, recommending actions to ensure optimal inventory flow. Ensure accuracy of point-of-sale data and drive resolution of discrepancies. Gather and share sales and forecast data with stakeholders across teams. Provide insights into retail, e-commerce, and video game industry trends impacting the LatAm region. Partner with analysts from other functions to deliver holistic business analyses. Contribute to proposals for sales programs, promotions, and pricing strategies. SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • Develop weekly and monthly forecasts and conduct detailed trend analysis to support strategic decisions.

  • Monitor sell-through and inventory levels, recommending actions to ensure optimal inventory flow.
  • Ensure accuracy of point-of-sale data and drive resolution of discrepancies.

  • Provide insights into retail, e-commerce, and video game industry trends impacting the LatAm region.

Requirements

  • 3+ years related experience in demand planning, forecasting and/or sales analysis
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required
  • Strong knowledge of consumer, retail, and industry trends, particularly within Latin America.
  • Experience with forecasting models and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proven ability to synthesize and communicate data-driven insights to executive audiences.
  • Ability to work with remote teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
