Our team is globally recognized for industry-leading events and coordinated VIP networking for Crypto and Finance audiences. Your contributions will be central to the success of our events which will require managing the logistics for conferences and CoinDesk webinars, handling data integration, and supporting VIP communications with senior executives from leading financial institutions. You will strive to coordinate smooth processes between teams and across the event production lifecycle by partnering closely with CoinDesk Marketing, Procurement, and Production departments to ensure successful execution. br> br>This role requires an important combination of outstanding communication, organizational, and technical skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple high-priority projects, concurrently with ambitious, concurrent deadlines. If you are passionate about event and relationship management and have a keen interest in finance and crypto, we would love to hear from you! br> br> em>This position is based in NYC and will be required to work onsite from our office located in Chelsea a minimum of 4 days per week. br> br> /em> strong>What You ll Do br> br> /strong> ul> li>Manage logistics for CoinDesk Institutional conference production, including managing onsite staff, printing materials, coordinating sponsor participation, and managing venue communications. /li> li>Manage and integrate data into company systems, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information across all platforms. /li> li>Coordinate weekly communications with corporate VIP members, handle registrations, and address special requests to ensure exceptional experiences. /li> li>Assist in the creation and distribution of weekly newsletters /li> li>Serve as a key liaison between marketing, logistics, procurement, and production teams, ensuring alignment across all efforts and timely execution of projects. /li> li>Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring smooth execution across production timelines, data integration, and communications efforts. /li> li>Work closely with clients, CoinDesk marketing and audio/ visual departments to lead logistics on our sponsored webinar productions. br> br> /li> /ul> strong>What You Bring br> br> /strong> ul> li>2+ years of experience in client services or similar role in traditional finance. Event production experience is highly desirable but not required. /li> li>Proficiency in Office 365 and Google Suite tools; MSWord/Google Docs, MSExcel/GoogleSheets, PowerPoint, etc. /li> li>Prior experience interfacing with C-Suite/Executive-level clients, Corporate VIPs, and internal Senior Leadership stakeholders /li> li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills /li> li>Strong multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills in a dynamic work environment. /li> li>Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects concurrently. /li> li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities. /li> li>Willingness to learn new systems and manage the department s use of marketing, sales and project management tools; i.e Sailthru, Salesforce, Airtable and DocuSign. br> br> /li> /ul> strong>Bonus Points For br> br> /strong> ul> li>Professional experience or personal interest in the crypto, blockchain and Web3 industries /li> li>Hands on experience with SailThru, Salesforce, AirTable, and DocuSign or similar tools /li> li>Prior experience with VIP events and B2B/B2C event production br> br> /li> /ul> em>Bullish US LLC and CoinDesk Inc are committed to offering competitive compensation and benefits. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 + discretionary annual target bonus + performance incentives/benefits.
