Car Nation AZ is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Live Chat Representative to join our customer service team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance online. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential car buyers through live chat, providing them with timely information about our inventory, services, and promotions. You will use your excellent communication skills to create a positive experience for our visitors, representing our dealership's commitment to exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming live chat inquiries from customers and assist them with questions about vehicles and dealership services.
  • Provide accurate information about inventory availability, pricing, financing options, and special promotions.
  • Capture customer information and schedule appointments for follow-up with sales representatives when needed.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness while handling customer inquiries in a friendly manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and dealership policies to provide precise answers to customer questions.
  • Monitor chat metrics and provide feedback to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in customer service or live chat support, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
  • Excellent written communication skills and a friendly, professional tone.
