Swickard Auto Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our Warranty team as a Warranty Claims Administrator. We are looking for a career-oriented individual eager to elevate their skills while providing exceptional service to our clients and team members. As a Warranty Claims Administrator, you will work closely with our Fixed Operations Team, Dealership Service and Parts Departments, and Accounting Professionals to ensure accurate booking and warranty claim payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Claims Processing:

  • Book, close, and transmit repair orders using Reynolds & Reynolds software.
  • Utilize multiple Mercedes-Benz software programs to process claims, review labor times, and analyze related documents.

Knowledge Maintenance:

  • Stay informed about claims developments, coverage standards, and updates to manufacturer policy.
  • Participate in manufacturer webinars and internal reviews.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Reconciling Warranty Receivables Schedules using provided Accounting tools.
  • Accurately document all claim activities in the management system.
  • Provide regular claim status reports and review trends with management team.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to "Think outside the box" when necessary.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical training or a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years Mercedes-Benz Warranty Administrator experience required.
    • Experience navigating Service and Warranty functions within NetStar and EVA.
    • Reynolds and Reynolds Ignite experience is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of automotive technology and diagnostics.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
