and/or modifying International-related policies and procedures within the MOC</li><li>Comply with directives set forth by the Sr. Director Maintenance Operations Center Support</li><li>Ensure compliance with all Tech Ops-related programs and procedures for all SWA non-AMT domestic (CONUS and OCONUS) and international stations</li><li>Review, code, approve, and coordinate payment of all On-call, tank dive, and pest control invoices and reconcile discrepancies, as required</li><li>Take required actions to maintain service levels and inventory objectives at all Southwest non-maintenance stations (CONUS and OCONUS and international)</li><li>Act as liaison with internal SWA personnel, external entities, and the FAA in dealing with regulations and policies directly affecting International processes within the MOC</li><li>Assist in the development of systems and processes to monitor contract compliance and ensure that all services are invoiced in line with the terms of the contract</li><li>Establish goals and supporting procedures and processes for support of line services</li><li>Interact directly with Contract (On-call) Maintenance Providers to establish and execute agreements/contracts, ensure adherence to SWA policies and procedures, and provide the exceptional level of Customer service for which SWA is known</li><li>Manage ongoing partnership relationships where appropriate and act as a liaison between those suppliers/partners participating in maintenance-related contracts with other Maintenance and Engineering Departments</li><li>May perform other job duties as directed by Employee Leaders</li></ul></div><p></p><div>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities<ul><li>Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, Leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of People and resources</li><li>Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance</li><li>Knowledge of market data to ensure that contracts are negotiated in a manner that produces the best possible outcome and costs for Southwest Airlines</li><li>Knowledge of aviation quality assurance audit programs and procedures</li><li>Knowledge of CBP and international agencies for the import and export of AOG materials</li><li>Skilled in
