Warehouse Order Selector – Full-Time
Location: Sumner, WA (98390)
Shift: Night Shift – 6pm Start Time
Availability: 7 days a week (weekend availability required)

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately select customer orders using a voice-directed system and electric pallet jacks
  • Stack, label, and shrink-wrap pallets for shipment
  • Load completed orders onto trucks
  • Maintain performance metrics (KPIs)
  • Rotate through various warehouse areas
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain integrity in all tasks
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Prior experience using motorized pallet jacks is REQUIRED
  • Able to lift 50–70 lbs repeatedly and handle physically demanding tasks
  • Warehouse or similar physical labor experience required
  • Must be available to work full shifts and weekends
  • Comfortable working in cold, wet environments (15°–75°F)
  • Able to consistently push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Basic English comprehension
  • Non-slip footwear required
