Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients via outbound and inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our technology and business development solutions. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines
  • Engage in business development activities through warm calling and targeted marketing efforts
  • Promote technology solutions and services, emphasizing their benefits to prospective clients

Experience

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Experience in outbound calling, warm calling, or marketing campaigns is preferred
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
  • Prior experience with business development activities and customer relationship management is a plus
