Where You'll Work - This role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, or DE. This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester, PA HQ office as needed. What You'll Do - Authority to modify pricing to ensure accuracy for TSV, BIGs, pre-sells/emails, Sale Price reverts, on-air issues. - Accountable for precise entry, verification, and execution of companywide promotions for entire inventory - Manage the set-up and removal of items for Q card Special Financing. - Set-up the Vendor Funded forms for vendors to access on Vendor Portal. - Responsible for researching to resolve or escalating inaccuracies - Collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, and Broadcasting on discrepancies - Ensure requested actions are completed in a timely manner - Enforce departmental policies and procedures. - Comprehend the execution for all channels (Live, rebroadcasts, ), as well as e-commerce promotions. - Identify crucial information to communicate and to whom, when changes or unusual situations occur - Included in execution is managing inventory (OOS indicator), altering Change Forms (fixing to avoid confusion), and monitoring systems to reflect critical information (double checking shows when issues have occurred to proactively correct future shows). - Investigate issues/questions pertaining to systems and system data and resolve or redirect to appropriate team. What You'll Bring - Minimum of 2 years of experience preferably in area working with the Live Show or related work. - Bachelor's or University Degree, or equivalent work experience - Good interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to interact with various levels of management - Ability to identify/resolve business opportunities and make decisions to achieve desired results - Ability to analyze data/situations and draw relevant conclusions for a positive outcome then alert teams as needed - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Applications and ability to access information using automated systems (e.g., Excel, Access, ShowScript/Broadcast PAL, Change Forms, & Pricing system preferred) - Strong problem solving skills with ability to apply across varying situations Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
