This is not an active vacancy. It is an ongoing talent pool for South African professionals with USA Healthcare Customer Service, Call Centre, Clinical Administration, Case Management and Client/Patient Administration or Intake experience.

We are building a pipeline of experienced Healthcare Support professionals to be considered for remote, US-based opportunities as they become available through our clients. When a suitable role opens, we will contact candidates whose experience most closely aligns with operational requirements.

We welcome applications from professionals with experience in:

  • Healthcare Inbound Customer Service
  • USA Healthcare Call Centre Operations
  • Medical Billing & Claims Processing
  • Case Account Management
  • Insurance Authorizations & Approvals
  • Client/Patient Intake (Healthcare or ABA Therapy)
  • After-Hours Healthcare Support
  • Patient Scheduling & Appointment Coordination
  • Accounts Receivable (Healthcare)
  • Healthcare Administrative Support
  • Healthcare Services in a BPO environment

WHAT WE TYPICALLY LOOK FOR

  • Minimum 1 year of BPO or Call Centre experience
  • Minimum 1 year USA Healthcare experience (for case/billing roles)
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Ability to interpret insurance details and clinical information
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling escalations and sensitive conversations
  • Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or US Insurance processes is advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PDF systems)
  • Familiarity with CRM, EHR, or scheduling systems is beneficial

Roles may require:

  • USA EST/CST/PST hours (including night shifts in South Africa)
  • Rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday, depending on client)
  • After-hours or weekend coverage

Working hours may be subject to daylight savings adjustments.

REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTS

All roles are fully remote. Candidates must have:

  • Fixed fibre internet (minimum 25 Mbps upload & download) – Rain, LTE, 5G, or similar connections are NOT acceptable
  • Wired Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi only will not be sufficient)
  • Reliable backup power to manage load shedding and outages (UPS, Inverter, Generator, Solar, etc.)
  • A dedicated, professional workspace

Please note: Applicants without fibre cannot be considered.
